Tower system cooking

There are two simple principles of effective tower system
cooking.
1. The meal which requires the longest cooking is to be cooked at the bottom of the tower.
2. If you add new elements to the tower – the first, as well as all the other dishes have to be heated up – the thermometer indicator should be located on the green field. The bowl is an exception – it will be after adding it to the tower when it heats up enough, because it has no indicative bottom.

3. Little tower 1 – put the steam cooking dish on big and medium dish (steam cooking dish fits both medium and big dishes) and cover it with a usual lid.
4. Little tower 2 – put the grater on the medium dish. Cover it with bowl. Put the small dish on the bowl. The dish has have its bottom heated up before. Cover the whole construction with a lid.
5. Little tower extended – put the grater on the medium or big dish (steam cooking dish fits both medium and big dishes). Put the reduction ring and the grater on the steam cooking dish Cover it with bowl.
6. Medium tower – put the steam cooking dish on the big dish. Put the reduction ring and the grate on the steam cooking dish. Cover it with bowl, and put the medium dish on the bowl (with the bottom heated up already) and cover with the medium lid.
7. Big tower – put the steam cooking dish on the big dish. Put the reduction ring on the steam cooking dish. Cover it with bowl, and put the medium dish on the bowl (with the bottom heated up already) and put the grate on the top. Then cover it with the medium bowl, and put the already heated up small dish on it.
