In order to dry mushrooms in Philipiak dishes, you have to
put the big dish on the heat source (minimal temperature), put the steam cooking dish on it, then place products to be dried into it. Put the reduction ring on the steam cooking dish, put the medium lid (20 cm) into it. The steam from dried products will go out through the holes in the reduction ring. This way we can both dry and smoke-dry products. Every time the proper duration of drying will depend on the kind of products dried, its species and the level of dryness.
