Steam cooking
1. Fill the dish witch such amount of water that its bottom is covered with a layer of about 1 cm high. Boil water or broth.
2. Now place on it the steam cooking dish. Put the ingredients you want to cook into the steam cooking dish. Turn off the heat. Assume the standard cooking time. The heat can be turned off about 10 minutes before the end of steam cooking. In a similar way as in case of vegetables, rice or different kinds of grits can be steam cooked.
