Meat may become burnt, when fried without oil on a special
bottom frying pan, unless proper frying conditions are fulfilled. The most common reason is frying pan heated too much. To determine the level of heat of the pan, water drop test has to be conducted. In a proper temperature (perfect for frying) water drops will not evaporate, will not bounce or dance on the pan’s surface.
In case of any doubts on whether the frying pan in properly heated, we suggest you to switch the energy source off, let the frying pan cool down, and heat it up once again. The thermometer indicator on the frying pan lid should be located on the green field.
